Job summary

Fargo Clubhouse Hotel & Suites in Fargo, ND is seeking a friendly Night Auditor to support front desk operations during the night shift. You will handle registration, checkout, and cashiering, while delivering warm guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, cash handling experience, and a willingness to work weekends. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, and the hotel offers benefits and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts.
• Attention to detail and organized.

Responsibilities

• Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house.
• Explain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking in.
• Responds promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer an alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met.
• Cover other areas of hotel as needed.
• Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form.
• Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported.
• Maintain all areas of the front desk.
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
