Job summary

Regency Hotel Management is seeking a friendly Night Auditor for the Bismarck Radisson Hotel to handle guest registration, checkout, and cashiering in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required. The role includes guest interactions, cash handling, and basic accounting tasks at the front desk.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and basic math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify that all credit cards are valid by running numbers that are not already in house.
• Explain and provide promotional items to guests checking in.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints and offer alternatives if needed.
• Cover other areas of the hotel as needed.
• Document guest accidents by completing the accident report form.
• Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported.
• Maintain all areas of the front desk.
• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
