Job summary

BBL Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to perform essential night-shift audit operations in our hotel. The role requires handling guest check-ins and check-outs, financial transactions, and ensuring accurate accounting in the Property Management System.

Experience in night audit is preferred, but not required. Candidates should be able to work weekends and holidays, stand for extended periods, and maintain a courteous, detail-oriented approach in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Audit experience preferred but not required.
• Able to perform Manager On Duty responsibilities during audit shift.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and move about the hotel.
• Excellent math and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Registers guests into the hotel promptly using up selling techniques.
• Checks guests out and processes payments according to policies.
• Responds to guest requests and promotes hotel services.
• Resolves minor guest complaints and informs supervisor of major issues.
• Books guest reservations or coordinates with the reservation center.
• Handles departmental accounting of moneys, receipts and guest accounts; posts charges and prepares reports.
• Issues and releases guest safe-deposit boxes.
• Reconciles POS areas and revenue to the Property Management System.
• Performs night audit functions in the PMS.
