Job summary

Montage International in South Carolina is seeking a Night Audit to perform all end-of-day functions for the resort and outlets, and to serve as the primary guest contact during overnight hours. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum two years' experience in hotel operations
• Minimum two years' experience in customer service
• Availability for overnight shift 11:00PM – 7:00AM
• Able to handle cash, basic math and billing accurately
• Clear English communication; reading/writing/speaking proficient
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of programs

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and telephone etiquette; work toward department and property goals
• Hosting and welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor
• Assisting with guest check-in and check-out, folios, invoicing and billing
• Resolving guest issues and going above and beyond to exceed expectations
• Coordinating with department leaders to ensure a personalized guest experience
• Maintaining accurate guest account records and knowledge of hotel services
• Experience in a cash-handling position
• Basic knowledge of accounting
