Job summary

Montage International in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Night Audit professional to handle end-of-day closing for the resort and outlets. You will be the primary guest contact during overnight hours, ensuring accuracy in billing and folios while delivering high-touch service.

You’ll join a team committed to excellence, with required overnight availability 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, proficiency in English, and strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a hotel operations environment.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Overnight shift availability 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Possess basic math skills and ability to accurately handle billing.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; daily use of programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette to guests.
• Host and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor during overnight hours.
• Assist with guest check-in/out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Think creatively to identify and resolve guest stay issues.
• Exceed guest expectations and recover service opportunities.
• Coordinate with department leaders to ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and knowledge of hotel services.
