Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor for the third shift to manage front office functions and perform night audit procedures. You will balance daily cash activity, post guest charges, and generate required audit reports while assisting guests with registrations and departures.

The position is 30 hours per week at $18 per hour. Strong attention to detail, cash handling accuracy, and good English communication are essential to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth nightly

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; accounting education preferred.
• 1 year front desk experience in hospitality and/or 1 year customer service experience; 1 year accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete registration, issue unit keys, provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions; balance cash and prepare reports.
• Complete checkout procedures and assist with guest reservations.
• Coordinate with site accounting on daily transactions and reports.
