Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Night Auditor to manage night-shift front desk operations and audit tasks at a property location.

The role includes completing the nightly audit checklist, balancing daily revenue and postings, and producing required reports for Food and Beverage audits. Responsibilities also include record-keeping, processing initial bills, and assisting guests after hours to ensure a smooth night shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year Front Desk or Hospitality Guest Service experience.
• 1 year accounting or Night Audit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.
• Balance the day’s work (e.g., revenues, postings, and desk/servers paperwork).
• Generate all reports as required for Food and Beverage audit.
• Maintain proper log books and records according to standards.
• Attach folio/banquet backup to initial direct bills and place on the Property Accountant's desk.
• Handle guest requests during the third shift.
