Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the overnight face of the property. You will handle check-ins, verify registrations, and maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and group activities. A strong emphasis on professional guest service and efficient communication will be essential.

The role requires a high school diploma, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently overnight. Training in Food and Beverage operations may occur as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins and verify registration information.

• Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage wake-up calls and communicate shift updates to the team.
• Keep front desk and work areas clean and organized.
