Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of accounting principles required.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting to resolve guest issues.
• Proficient with Windows OS and company spreadsheets/word processing.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per Avion Hospitality standards.
• Maintain proper appearance and grooming per brand standards.
• Balance the day’s work and run all required reports.
• Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily.
• Balance transactions and prepare Daily Flash Report.
• Maintain Front Office systems and cashiering per SOPs.
• Provide overnight front desk operations from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Assist with security walks and ensure areas are secure.
• Train new Night Auditors as requested by management.
