Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a Lead Night Auditor to serve as the on-site overnight leader, overseeing guest services and nightly operations. The role requires accurate reconciliation of daily transactions, supervision of the overnight team, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
• Prior night audit or overnight hotel experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-duty leader during overnight hours, guiding staff.
• Check in/out guests, manage reservations, and provide guest service support.
• Execute nightly audit procedures, balance and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of guest records and reports.
• Coach overnight team members and escalate issues per policy.
• Document incidents and communicate with hotel leadership.
