Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to be the friendly overnight face of the hotel, greeting guests, handling check-ins, and ensuring accurate records in the property management system. You will balance the books, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates have prior front desk experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with computers and basic math.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during overnight hours.
• Process guest check-ins and verify registration details.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, and promotions.
• Balance and reconcile cash and room status reports.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate shift updates to subsequent team members.
