Responsibilities include checking in guests, managing wake-up calls, maintaining accurate room status, resolving issues with empathy, and supporting front desk and housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a hotel or front desk role is required or highly valued.
• A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
• Proficiency with computers and basic math.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints with empathy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Manage wake-up calls and communicate shift updates to staff.
• Restock and organize lobby guest store; support front desk and housekeeping as needed.
