Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar overnight role.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins and verify registration information.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, packages and promotions.
• Restock and organize lobby store purchases.
• Record wake-up calls and communicate shift updates.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to resolve room status discrepancies.
• Assist with Food and Beverage operations when needed.
• Keep front desk and work areas clean, stocked and organized.
