Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the face of the hotel during overnight hours. You will handle check-ins, greet guests warmly, and ensure accuracy of registrations and room blocks while staying vigilant for guest needs.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, maintaining knowledge of services and promotions, and coordinating with housekeeping for status updates. Strong computer and math skills, plus the ability to work independently, are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic math.
• Able to work independently overnight and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and verify registration accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, rates, and promotions.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve complaints promptly.
• Communicate shift updates to next shift and housekeeping.
