The role requires 6+ months of front desk experience, basic accounting skills, and comfort with Excel and hotel property systems. Night shifts demand reliability, discretion, and strong communication to ensure secure, smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience (6+ months) – You’ve been behind the desk and can run a solo front desk operation.
• Basic accounting knowledge – Posting revenues and balancing reports is routine.
• High school diploma or equivalent – Effective communication and math skills are essential.
• Tech savvy with Excel and property systems – Proficient with spreadsheets and hotel software.
• Able to work overnight shifts reliably – This role suits night owls who value quiet lobbies.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs and check-ins.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally at all hours.
• Manage reports and financial summaries with attention to detail.
• Keep things secure and confidential as the closing team member.
