Job summary

RAM Hotels in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Night Auditor to ensure smooth overnight operations, guest check-in/out, and superior service during the 11pm–7am shift. You will complete overnight audit paperwork, assist guests with requests, and prepare for the morning.

The role requires a high-school diploma with customer service or hotel experience, strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and courtesy. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Data entry and database management experience.
• Telephone etiquette experience.

Responsibilities

• Concierge to guests; assist with restaurant reservations, directions, attractions, etc.
• Review reservations, suggest options, and promote rooms and services.
• Register guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and handle payment procedures.
• Verify payments and process charges in PMS; follow credit policies and log security procedures.
• Enter guest information in the PMS and keep front desk area clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room status and special requests.
• Attend departmental meetings and adapt to shift changes as needed.
• Report unusual occurrences to management; follow safety procedures.
• Work 11pm–7am shift and perform overnight audits and pre‑morning preparations.
• Perform other tasks to meet guest satisfaction.
