The role requires 6+ months front desk experience, basic accounting knowledge, proficiency with Excel, and comfort with property management systems.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience (6+ months).
• Basic accounting knowledge for posting revenues and balancing reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech savvy with Excel and property systems.
• Able to work overnight shifts reliably.

Responsibilities

• Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs.
• Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accuracy.
• Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally.
• Manage reports and financial summaries with attention to detail.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of day’s business.
