Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Host and welcome guests with a friendly and sincere demeanor.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out, folios, invoicing and billing.
• Think outside the box to address guest stay issues and recover opportunities.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a personalized guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records for guest accounts and be knowledgeable about hotel services.
