Omni Royal Orleans Hotel in New Orleans is seeking a dedicated night auditor to oversee overnight hotel operations and serve as Manager on Duty as needed. You will ensure courteous check-in/out, maintain four-star standards, and complete the night audit with accuracy.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling experience, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. Night shifts, attention to detail, and collaboration with teams across departments are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service orientation and guest communications.
• Experience with cash handling and front desk operations.
• Prior night audit and overnight shift experience preferred.
• Good written and spoken English for guest and team communication.
• Ability to work well with others and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overnight operations of the hotel and serves as Manager on Duty on occasion.
• Timely and accurate preparation of the Daily Report (DBS/Daily Business Summary).
• Resolving guest issues promptly and diplomatically.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Prepare VIP, complimentary, and house-use room lists accurately.
• Process guest registrations and complete credit procedures.
• Distribute nightly reports and manage end-of-day postings.
• Handle Express Check-Outs efficiently and balance daily postings.
