Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to hotel guests.
• Verify payment methods and process credit authorizations.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts in the PMS.
• Balance daily receipts and conduct income audits.
• Assist guests with check-out, reviewing accounts and discrepancies.
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries.
• Coordinate with overnight housekeeping or maintenance staff.
• Make and confirm reservations with data accuracy.
• Provide guests with information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Document guest feedback and escalate issues to management.
• Perform nightly bucket checks for hotel standards compliance.
• Monitor guest activity and ensure overnight security.
