Responsibilities

• Greet guests with check-in and process check-out.
• Manage daily inventory of retail items at front desk.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports; audit postings and revenue transmittals.
• Assist with commissions and ensure front office is stocked for the next day.
• Review guest requests and special arrangements; respond to guest reviews using Medallia data.
• Enter service and maintenance requests into HotSOS; coordinate with engineering/housekeeping.
• Handle emergencies per resort procedures and communicate with management.
