Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, forward-facing, or other guest-related positions.
• Prior experience in hospitality as a front desk agent or night auditor preferred.
• Experience with brand or property specific PMS, Quore, PBX and other hotel related systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications.
• Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk duties during the night shift and ensure guest payments are posted.
• Reconcile accounts for the day and balance end-of-day procedures.
• Answer inquiries, accept reservations, and handle guest concerns with courtesy.
• Respond to phone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Update front desk logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Post transactions and ensure accuracy of billing, including group accounts.
