Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Experience with PMS, Quore, PBX and hotel systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• HS diploma or GED; associate degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries and accept reservations with courtesy.
• Balance accounts and post guest charges.
• Perform night audit reconciliations and end-of-day procedures.
• Handle wake-up calls and messages for guests.
• Cross-check billing instructions for accuracy.
• Assist with group arrivals and pre-register guests.
• Sell room nights through suggestive selling.
• Maintain front desk log and ensure security procedures.
