Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Front desk or night audit experience preferred in hospitality.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, Quore, PBX) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Answer inquiries and take hotel reservations.
• Resolve guest issues quickly while maintaining service quality.
• Handle reservations, check-ins/outs and billing for guests.
• Post guest payments and reconcile daily accounts.
• Balance end-of-day procedures and ensure accuracy of records.
• Communicate with security and management as needed.
• Attend required meetings and adhere to policies.
