Qualifications

• 3. Familiar with brand PMS, Quore, PBX and other hotel systems.
• 4. Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar office apps.
• 5. Minimum high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries, take reservations, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• 2. Balance accounts and post guest charges; ensure day-end reconciliation.
• 3. Handle wake-up calls, messages, and guest safety procedures.
• 4. Use suggestive selling to increase occupancy and revenue.
• 5. Attend meetings and maintain front desk logs.
