Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest inquiries effectively.
• Proficient with common hotel systems and MS Office.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night desk duties and ensure accurate guest payments.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts for the day.
• Respond to inquiries, handle reservations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Balance daily transactions and manage end-of-day procedures.
