Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Experience with hotel management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance financials.
• Check guests in and out and assign rooms.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
• Monitor hotel security during the night and respond to incidents.
• Process cash, credit card transactions and post to guest accounts.
• Coordinate with the next shift and management team.
