Job summary

HCW Hospitality is opening Scottsdale Golf Retreat at Troon North and seeks a Night Auditor to provide overnight guest services while handling daily financial activity and reporting. You’ll balance transactions, review charges, and ensure a smooth night shift operation with a welcoming front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight/front desk tasks.
• Comfort with basic hotel systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight shift, including check-ins/outs.
• Complete nightly audit and balance daily hotel transactions.
• Review charges/payments/reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve issues.
• Monitor property overnight and communicate issues to the team.
• Prepare front desk information for the next day.
