Concord Hospitality Enterprises is looking for a Night Auditor to join their team in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding overnight service, manage financial processes, and support front desk operations.

You will be responsible for auditing daily transactions, verifying room statuses, completing report paperwork, and interacting with guests. The position requires previous hospitality experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage overnight responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities.
• Professional communication and guest service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Reliable, organized, and multi-task oriented.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including credit cards, revenue, and guest folios.
• Verify room status, availability, and front desk transactions for accuracy.
• Complete nightly reports, audit paperwork, and required documentation.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in/out, reservations, and phone inquiries.
• Respond to guest requests and provide hotel and local information.
• Maintain cash handling, security procedures, and overnight safety standards.
• Keep the front desk/lobby clean and support basic setup needs.
• Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
