Qualifications

• Front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Calm, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to work consistent overnight shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audit processes and balance daily revenue.
• Run reports and ensure financial information is accurate and organized.
• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and service requests.
• Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues when possible.
• Prepare the front desk for morning shift transition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
