Job summary

The Global Ambassador, a luxury hotel in Phoenix, seeks an experienced Night Audit professional to balance guest accounts and post charges during the overnight shift. You will partner with Front Desk to handle check-ins/outs and ensure security and accuracy across nightly operations.

Responsibilities include end-of-day reconciliations, reporting, audits, and maintaining precise financial records while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Night Audit or Accounting in luxury hospitality preferred
• Opera PMS experience preferred
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures preferred
• Proficiency with property management systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and customer service focused
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional phone manner and teamwork mentality

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and ensure guest accounts balance with hotel records
• Verify and post guest charges, payments, and adjustments accurately
• Handle guest billing inquiries with clear explanations and high service quality
• Generate and distribute financial and operational reports to departments
• Conduct audits of daily transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Assist Front Desk with night-time check-ins/outs and guest requests
• Monitor access to the hotel at night and coordinate emergencies
• Maintain meticulous records and comply with accounting standards
