Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk/Accounts Associate to balance room and restaurant daily work, post charges, and support nightly operations. The role includes greeting guests, inputting data, and auditing revenue reports with a 24/7 shift pattern.

You will coordinate with front desk and restaurant teams, handle payments, and ensure accuracy of guest ledgers and backups. A background in accounting operations and customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform 10-key by touch
• Ability to effectively handle guest and employee concerns
• Clear spoken and written English; telephone etiquette
• Ability to read, write, and input information accurately
• Familiarity with front desk computer systems and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Balance revenues and settlements; post to guest accounts
• Prepare daily revenue reports and audits
• Register guests and input reservation details; issue keys
• Greet guests and provide information on hours and local attractions
• Coordinate with front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping for smooth operations
• Maintain files and ensure documentation is filed properly
