Job summary

Hyatt Regency Baytown is seeking a Night Audit to oversee night audit duties and support Front Office operations during the overnight shift. You will handle guest registrations, respond to requests, and ensure accurate nightly reconciliations.

This role emphasizes guest service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required. The position offers opportunities for growth within Hyatt and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hospitality and front desk experience is preferred.
• Night Audit experience preferred.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night audit duties and assist Front Office operations during the overnight shift.
• Guest registration process and telephone communications with in-house and external callers.
• Resolve guest requests and complaints.
• Reconcile day’s transactions, process payments, and prepare for the next day’s operation.
