Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and maximize occupancy
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and records
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accurate shift transactions
• Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily reports
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with other departments to support smooth hotel operations
• Follow all safety, security, and cash-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Support a safe and respectful work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
