Job summary

Highgate is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Fort Worth to provide attentive, courteous service to guests during check-in, stay, and checkout. You will maximize room revenue and occupancy while complying with hotel policies and promotions.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a friendly demeanor, with prior customer service experience and basic computer skills. This is an hourly position with opportunities to contribute to guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be aware of rates, packages and promotions listed in the Red Book.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Operate front desk computer system and related software.
• Maintain a clean work area and support guest programs.
