IHG Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Front Desk Agent for night shift (approx. 11 PM – 7 AM) to manage check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and daily payments with accuracy. You’ll balance transactions and prepare financial/operational reports, while also handling laundry tasks as needed.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills. You’ll be a brand ambassador, provide local insights, and ensure a warm, memorable stay for every guest.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a bonus.
• Experience in front desk or guest service preferred (1 year).
• Fluency in local language; basic math and computer literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Check-in/check-out guests promptly and professionally; process payments.
• Handle guest requests and provide local information to ensure a friction-free stay.
• Acknowledge rewards club members and returning guests; upsell bookings.
• Take cash and credit transactions; manage safety deposit boxes.
• Record guest preferences and respond to inquiries; escalate to management when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents; maintain brand appearance.
• Stay aware of daily events and assist colleagues as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc duties; may work varying shifts including weekends/holidays.
