Qualifications

• Fluency in English; good communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year in front desk or guest service role.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform some physical tasks.
• Literate, numerate, and comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out guests promptly and professionally.
• Process payments according to procedures; balance daily transactions.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with courtesy.
• Provide information on local attractions and services.
• Prepare and report daily financial/operational data for management.
• Assist with laundry and other ad-hoc duties as needed.
