Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out guests efficiently and process payments per procedures.
• Provide warm, memorable front desk service and assist with local information.
• Acknowledge rewards program members and returning guests.
• Handle guest bookings, upsell services, and convey stay improvements.
• Manage cash and credit transactions and verify guest accounts.
• Record guest preferences and respond to questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with management on incidents and safety procedures.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed and ensure brand standards.
