Job summary

Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer for night shifts. The role involves registering and badging workers, managing site access, parking, visitors and deliveries, and supporting customers with access control tasks on customer sites. Travel to multiple job sites across the U.S. may be required.

The position emphasizes professionalism, detail orientation, and proactive service to ensure safety and smooth operations at construction sites. Shift hours may vary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Proficient communication in English (spoken and written).
• Able to follow detailed SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcount records maintained.
• Parking Management: provide parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for customers.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
