Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for night shifts at our Jeffersonville, OH sites. You will help manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries while supporting customers and field teams. You must be ready to travel to various sites and adapt to changing schedules.

The role emphasizes professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to ensure safety and smooth site operations across construction projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: manage access control and verify identity at the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges for all personnel entering the site.
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and receipts for deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers as needed.
