Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control and worker badges.
• Ensure accurate headcount records and badge scanning.
• Manage parking passes and compliance across designated areas.
• Document visitors entering and leaving the site and receptions for deliveries.
• Provide support in access control tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
