Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field-based team in Boling, TX. This full-time role supports worker registration, badging, parking, and delivery management across customer sites, ensuring security and a smooth operation.

The candidate will work closely with leadership, travel as needed, and must maintain a professional demeanor while managing high-pressure situations. Guard Card TOPS for Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proficient communication in English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and ensure pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
