Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a NextGen System Analyst to support daily EHR operations, troubleshoot issues, and train staff in an environment serving Central and Southeastern Ohio. The role requires collaboration with IT and clinical teams to ensure reliable EHR performance and workflow optimization.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of EHR support experience, familiarity with CareLogic or NextGen, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health IT, Informatics, CS or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support for the EHR system across clinical and operational teams.
• Triage system issues and escalate complex items to Senior EHR Analyst or vendor as appropriate.
• Assist in documenting processes, updates, and user guides; support basic training for staff and providers.
