Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to carry the relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between mid-sized clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP's technologies to ensure their long-term success, affecting employee pay, benefits, and more.

You will learn clients' business needs, analyze systems and processes, and guide them to the best ADP solution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic project management skills required.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients and create onboarding experiences for product/service implementations.
• Implement ADP Technologies with clients, analyzing systems and business processes to deliver ADP solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service and communicate priorities, timeliness, and issues to the client project team.
• Handle multiple time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain a disciplined daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak periods.
