Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new mid-market clients through onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of ADP payroll and HR solutions.

You will learn clients’ business needs, analyze systems, and collaborate with sales and customer service to deliver tailored ADP solutions, while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Basic project management skills.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients: create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and help clients learn to use our products.
• Implement ADP Technologies: consult with clients and analyze existing systems to deliver the ADP solution.
• Partner Internally: collaborate with sales and customer service and share information with the client project team.
• Multi-Task - Communicate: manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share updates with clients and internal teams.
• Organize: maintain a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak seasons.
