Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new mid-sized business clients through the initial adoption of ADP payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships, ensure smooth implementation, and translate client needs into actionable setup steps to achieve long-term success.

You will work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, communicating clearly with clients by phone and email, and collaborating with sales and service teams to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic project management skills.
• Overtime availability during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and ensure successful product/service implementation.
• Consult with clients to analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
• Collaborate with ADP sales and customer service teams and exchange information with client project team members.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and communicate essential information to clients and teams.
• Maintain a daily schedule and organize high-volume inbound calls, with peak-season timing.
