Job summary

SAP is seeking an Account Executive for the SAP Next Gen – Academy for Customer Success in Newtown Square (Hybrid). You will complete a 10-month learn-apply program within SAP’s Customer Success org and transition to a direct sales role in your market after onboarding and mentoring by senior teammates.

You will learn SAP solutions across Finance, HCM, SCM, CX, and BTP/BDC while developing core sales skills and business acumen in a global, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a quota-carrying sales environment within a tech company or equal exposure to business processes.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities, qualify leads, and manage sales pipelines across a defined territory.
• Demonstrated relationship-building skills and the ability to articulate value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases alongside the sales team.
• Engage in multi-dimensional learning on digital transformation, global intelligence, and solution/industry knowledge.
• Drive value across the customer lifecycle through solution adoption and renewals to foster account expansion.
• Receive onboarding and mentoring from a Senior Account Executive in the field.
