Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. invites experienced professionals to join as a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor. You will lead screening operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality newborn hearing checks and timely follow-ups, while supervising technicians and coordinating with hospital leadership.

The role emphasizes on-site clinical guidance, staff training, and strict adherence to protocols, with weekend/holiday coverage as needed and a focus on patient-care excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a manager or a combination of training and experience.
• Prior experience with newborns and/or in a healthcare setting.
• 1–2 years managing multiple sites (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee screening at multiple sites and ensure all eligible babies are screened.
• Perform newborn hearing screenings and document results per protocols.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and report staffing gaps to manager.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s, conducting monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain on-site leadership, address concerns and ensure compliance with PPE and safety protocols.
• Supervise daily state reporting and monitor Power BI site metrics.
