Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the program at multiple sites in your region. You will deliver screening services, act as the on-site technical lead, and ensure high-quality practices with limited administration.

You will manage staffing, training, reporting, and coordination with hospital leadership, including weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Ideal candidates have at least two years in management, healthcare experience with newborns,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required or obtainable after offer.
• Minimum two years in a managerial role.
• Healthcare experience with newborns preferred.
• Experience managing multiple sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screening: ensure all eligible babies are screened and contact parents for follow-up.
• Staffing & Scheduling: create schedules, review timecards, assist in hiring, supervise staff.
• Training: onboard new hires, monitor KPI, conduct trainings and compliance.
• Contract & Employee Relations: onsite visits, report on hospital leadership, address concerns.
• Reporting & Data Management: supervise state reporting, review sponsor reports, reconcile birth stats, monitor Power BI.
• Supplies & Equipment: monitor equipment list and coordinate with NATUS.
• Other Duties: perform additional duties as assigned.
