Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Minimum two years of experience as a manager or combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screenings across multiple sites.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to cover hospital obligations.
• Lead training and provide real-time guidance to screening staff.
• Attend interviews and participate in hiring of technicians.
• Maintain on-site operational reports and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with PPE, vaccinations, and safety protocols.
